Tickets are valid for the event and date stated at the time of purchase. Each ticket allows entry for one person unless stated otherwise. Tickets may be transferred to another person. Please contact the organizer to update the attendee's details.

Participants may request a full refund up to 7 calendar days before the event by email. Requests received later are not eligible for a voluntary refund. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will receive a full refund. These rules do not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer law.

The organizer may make reasonable changes to speakers, schedules, venues, or programs for organizational, technical, or other justified reasons. Participants will be informed of important changes. If a change significantly affects the event, participants may request a refund as required by applicable law.

Participants must follow venue rules and reasonable safety instructions. The organizer may refuse entry or remove anyone whose behavior threatens safety or seriously disrupts the event. Any refund will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

Events may be photographed or recorded for documentation and promotion. Photos and videos showing the event as a whole may be published where permitted by law. Close-up images or recordings of identifiable participants will only be used when there is an appropriate legal basis and any required permission. Participants can contact the organizer with questions or objections.

Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal belongings. The organizer is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except where liability is required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits the organizer's liability where such a limitation is prohibited by law.

Personal data is processed to manage ticket purchases, event registration, payments, and communication in accordance with GDPR. Marketing emails are sent only where legally permitted. More information about personal data processing must be provided in the organizer's Privacy Policy.

Questions, refund requests, and complaints can be sent to info@polishgraphicdesign.com. Complaints will be reviewed and answered within 14 days.

These Terms are governed by Polish law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights applicable in the participant's country of residence or the country where the event takes place. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer accepts these Terms & Conditions.
